Hungry Stars was founded by Alex Serdaris in 2022 when he felt his 20 years’ global experience within the food industry will be beneficial to food and beverage companies looking to recruit a winning team.
Being a true people person, coupled with his supply chain background and network, Alex feels he has a great foundation to connect good people together as well as creating something special and leave a legacy.

Alex’s last role at Papa Johns International was Senior Director of Supply Chain where he is extremely proud to have been part of and helped create a team that contributed significantly to the growth and success of the International Business.
Earlier in his career, he worked for the manufacturing companies – Tim’s Dairy, Hain Celestial and Bakkavor – the largest chilled meals manufacturer in the UK.
